YogMudra provides AI-based posture detection, yoga guidance, and movement analysis for educational and fitness purposes only. The Platform is designed to assist users in improving alignment and awareness during physical activity.

All exercises, yoga poses, and movement practices performed using YogMudra are undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you perform movements safely and within your physical limits.

YogMudra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, physical therapy, or supervised instruction.

Before starting any yoga, fitness, or movement program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Are recovering from injury or surgery

  • Experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise

YogMudra, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, health condition, or adverse outcome resulting from the use or misuse of the Platform.

4. Accounts, Rewards & Tokens

Certain features of YogMudra may require account registration.

YogMudra may offer virtual tokens or rewards for engagement, pose accuracy, or challenges. These tokens:

  • Have no monetary value

  • Are not transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or legal tender

To ensure fair use, YogMudra reserves the right to:

  • Limit token rewards (e.g., one reward per pose per day)

  • Modify or discontinue the reward system at any time

  • Restrict accounts engaged in misuse or exploitation of the system

5. Privacy & Data Usage

YogMudra respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.

  • Limited session or usage data may be temporarily stored to enable platform functionality

  • Camera access is used only for real-time pose detection and is not recorded unless explicitly stated

  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties

YogMudra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
